Nothing in it limits Intercedent Asia's right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests relating to your use of the site. If any part of this agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be replaced by a valid provision that most closely matches its intent and the remainder will continue in effect. This agreement is the entire agreement between you and Intercedent Asia regarding the site.
